HOW WE TRAIN AT OPTI ONE
BLOCKS
At OptiOne, we follow a training approach where young athletes undergo instruction in defined 3-month periods called "blocks." This strategic arrangement ensures that our athletes advance harmoniously, eliminating the need to wait for the progress of newcomers who join midway through a block. Conversely, if athletes were to enroll mid-block, it could prove challenging for them to bridge the gap and keep pace with their peers who commenced training earlier since our academy will focus on many topics including football techniques, football tactics, functional movement, and performance. Embracing the concept of training in blocks serves as the most effective method for promoting the optimal development of every young athlete. We do make some exceptions if desired to enter mid-block, but the decision will be made only by our head coaches after tryouts.

FOOTBALL TRAINING
At Opti One Football Academy, we focus on teaching correct basic football techniques right from the start. We lay a strong foundation that allows players to build upon their skills and improve performances without blocking their creativity. In addition to technical training, we carefully assess the individual strengths of each player, tailoring our coaching to optimize their unique qualities. Furthermore, our commitment extends beyond physical process, as we also incorporate cognitive training, enhancing players' decision-making and game intelligence. Our holistic approach ensures that every athlete under our guidance comprehensively understands the game of football, fostering their growth as both skilled players and strategic thinkers.
PERFORMANCE & MOVEMENT TRAINING
In addition to our football coaches, we also have performance coaches. Our performance coaches ensure that players receive top-tier physical conditioning, giving them the edge needed to excel in the competitive world of football. Performance training also prepares young athlete’s body, muscles, and minds for future harder training and increased training hours and sessions. Our program also includes trainings such as mobility, flexibility, stability which is essential for footballers. Furthermore, we provide physiotherapy program with RAKSA PHYSIO, offering athletes a comprehensive approach to injury prevention, rehabilitation, and overall physical well-being.
SPORT NUTRITION
Sport nutrition is a vital component in the game of football, serving as the cornerstone of peak performance on the field. It is important that both player and parents understand the role of nutrition can significantly impact a player's stamina, agility, growth, and recovery. At Opti One Football Academy, we prioritize this aspect of player development. We believe that educating our athletes and their parents on what to eat throughout the day, before practice, and after is essential. This knowledge empowers our players to make informed choices about their diets, ultimately contributing to their success on the pitch.
